You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide (e.g. in application or contact forms). You must be at least 21 years old to apply for part-time roles as stated on our website.

3. Applications and engagement

Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will offer you work. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion. If we engage you for tasks, the specific terms (tasks, pay, schedule) will be communicated separately. Engagement may be on a freelance, contractor, or other basis as agreed. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations related to your income, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms (e.g. daily or weekly payment, method, currency) will be set out when you are assigned work. We aim to pay in accordance with those terms. Any disputes about payment must be raised with us in a timely manner. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or by incorrect details you provide.

5. Your conduct

When performing tasks or communicating with us or our clients, you must act professionally, honestly, and in line with any instructions given. You must not share confidential information, misuse access to systems or data, or do anything that could harm our reputation or that of our clients. Breach of this may result in termination of your engagement and, where appropriate, legal action.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to tasks or our services at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop working with us by giving reasonable notice as agreed. Upon termination, you remain entitled to payment for work already performed in line with our payment terms.

7. Intellectual property and content

The content of this website (text, design, logo, images) is owned by PartTimeFreelancer or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Any work product you create in the course of tasks may be subject to separate agreement regarding ownership and use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit, data, or opportunity) arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability in connection with these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you were paid by us in the twelve months before the claim, or such higher amount as required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
